Chef Joe Flamm’s il Carciofo wows diners with its traditional, authentic Roman dishes inspired by Chef’s love for the Italian city. Their preset Restaurant Week dinner menu provides a great way to sample some of il Carciofo’s most notable specialties, including a Primi course of Carciofo alla Giudia + Prosciutto di Parma, a Secondo course of Mezze Rigatoni alla Amatriciana, Maiale & Broccoli e Cavolfiore, and a Dolce course of Tiramisu.
