Something new is cooking at Bonyeon, Chicago’s first-ever steak omakase with Korean flair. Chef Sangtae Park and the team are introducing an all-new “Modu Monday” experience, bringing together Korean comforts and premium proteins for just $95/guest.
Inspired by the spirit of communal dining, Bonyeon’s Modu Monday service (Modu meaning ‘everyone’ in Korean) launches on Monday, March 24th, serving six courses of elevated Korean comfort food. Eden Launches New Sandwich Series with Guest Chefs!
Eden — the Avondale restaurant known for its greenhouse-driven approach and seasonal, ingredient-forward menu from Chef Devon Quinn — has officially launched its Sandwich Series, a new monthly program spotlighting limited-edition sandwiches inspired by beloved chefs, iconic recipes, and creative culinary crossovers.
First up: a July special in collaboration with Chef James Martin of Bocadillo Market. The Cadiz Tuna Sandwich layers piquillo peppers, esmee arugula, African basil, garlic aioli, and Spanish-style tuna on semolina ciabatta — bright, punchy, and perfect for summer!
The Sandwich Series will rotate monthly, with each feature available for a limited time. More to come soon — from cookbook throwbacks and in-house specials to one-off collabs with standout local culinary talent.

Set against the backdrop of Elawa’s historic Lake Forest estate, this collaborative dinner showcases the vibrant flavors of mid-August with a five-course tasting menu that celebrates chef-farmer connection and peak local harvests. From grilled flatbreads with eggplant and peaches to Catalpa Grove lamb with mole verde and a fruit crostada finale, each dish offers a preview of Burl’s produce-driven philosophy ahead of its 2025 opening.

2025 Pizza City Fest
Pizza City Fest Chicago (PCF) is thrilled to announce the stellar lineup set to headline its highly anticipated third event in the Windy City. Scheduled to take place August 22, 23 and 24 in River North, just one block off Michigan Avenue, the three-day celebration promises an unparalleled experience for pizza lovers of all ages.

American Cancer Society’s 12th Annual Taste of Hope Event!
Taste of Hope brings award-winning chefs and Chicago foodies together to celebrate the American Cancer Society’s progress in the fight against cancer. Taste of Hope has always featured wonderful Chicagoland restaurants, and this year is no different!
