For the very first time, Beverage Director Kevin Beary and his team’s at Three Dots and a Dash and Gus’ Sip & Dip host the inaugural ‘Chicago Cocktail Classic’ – a never-been-done global cocktail showcase in the heart of Chicago’s River North, featuring bars and mixologists from over 20 of the world’s most iconic cocktail programs. 

Taking place on Sunday, June 15 from 4–8 p.m., the event is priced at $89 with each ticket including 10 drink tokens redeemable for expertly crafted, mini-sized cocktails, and access to all three venues. Bringing together leading mixologists from the United States, London, Bangkok, Puerto Rico, the Chicago Cocktail Classic goes beyond a traditional tasting—it’s a passport to sip and explore some of the most celebrated bar programs on Earth!

Two-Day Bartender Collab Series at The Bamboo Room!

The Bamboo Room, notable tropical cocktail bar from Kevin Beary located inside Three Dots and a Dash, is excited to announce the return of their monthly bar takeover series this February, teaming up with Navy Strength from Seattle, Washington. 

On Friday, February 28 and Saturday, March 1, The Bamboo room welcomes Chris Elford of Navy Strength and Here Today Brewery in Seattle, Washington for an exclusive two-day pop-up experience. Guests will enjoy a four-course tasting of cocktails created by the Navy Strength team, offering Chicagoans the first opportunity to enjoy award-winning cocktails from the popular West Coast tropical cocktail bar.
