On Saturday, April 25th, The Dearborn will partner with Mint Creek Farm for a one-night-only farm dinner that brings their long-standing sourcing relationship to life. The experience begins with a 2:30 p.m. immersive farm tour, offering guests the opportunity to explore the grounds, meet the animals, and gain insight into Mint Creek’s thoughtful approach to farming. Following the tour, guests will gather for a seasonal, multi-course dinner crafted by Executive Chef Aaron Cuschieri, highlighting the farm’s harvest and trusted local partners in a refined yet welcoming countryside setting.

Curated beverages by The Dearborn’s beverage team, Sarah Clark and Bryan Rojas, will be available throughout the evening, alongside live music to create a warm, communal atmosphere under the open sky. Tickets are available for General Admission Adults at $150, General Admission Children at $98, and VIP Admission at $300, and can be purchased on their website.
