Champagne Row at the Park Hyatt Chicago Library is devoted to the world’s most revered and rare beverages. The ‘Collector’s Pour’ series invites guests to a limited tasting spotlighting iconic producers and exceptional releases. For one evening only, on March 19, the focus will turn to Ireland in celebration of Chicago’s St. Patrick’s Day traditions with an intimate Midleton Whiskey Tasting led by a Midleton distiller. Each whiskey will be complemented by a thoughtfully prepared culinary pairing and guests will also receive a complimentary Champagne welcome drink to start the night.
