SHŌ — one of Chicago’s hottest new restaurants, helmed by fourth-generation restaurateur Adam Sindler (of the Kamehachi legacy) and Michelin-starred Chef Mari Katsumura (formerly of Yūgen) — will hand over its kitchen for an exclusive takeover with Thomas Raquel. The celebrated chef, renowned for his tenure as pastry chef at Eric Ripert’s three Michelin-starred Le Bernardin, returns to Chicago for two nights only with an eight-course menu created especially for SHŌ — a rare opportunity to experience his trademark precision, seasonality, and artistry in an intimate, omakase-style setting.
