Chef Jonathon Sawyer returns to Kindling on Friday, March 27th, for an intimate, chef-guided, six-course wood-fired dinner showcasing Chef Sawyer’s signature storytelling and culinary craft. Guests will begin the evening with a welcome cocktail at 6:00 PM before sitting down for supper at 6:30 PM. This six-course supper leans into depth and richness of fish and seafood, beginning with ike jime jumbo flounder, followed by thoughtfully crafted dishes like wild halibut menuiere with brown butter, and wild king salmon accompanied by red wine bourdelaise and rocket salad.
