From January 20 to february 5, you can enjoy the best from the city’s award-winning spots, local favorites and new openings. It’s Tabu’s first foray into Restaurant Week and they have entered with a bang! Their brunch menu includes Pork Belly Breakfast Tacos and Churro Bites but their dinner menu is the real star of the show. Lobster Flautas, Mole Dip Tacos, Rattlesnake Burger, Tres Leches Bread Pudding and more are all on offer, and each is more delicious than the next. Steak AND sushi in the same menu means this is one of the best deals of Restaurant Week! Crispy Tuna Maki, Snake River Farms Wagyu Sirloin and Yuzu Miso Marinated Black Cod are just some of the delicious dishes on offer, and at a price you won’t find at any other time of year at Roka Akor. Plan a date night ASAP so you don’t miss out!

Sunda New Asian {110 West Illinois Street, Chicago; 312.644.0500}

Perfect for a group meal or after-work feast, Sunda’s menu has plenty of unique flavors! Our favorite dish picks on their dinner menu are their famous Oxtail Potstickers, Yellowtail Jalapeno Sushi or Sweet Potato Maki, as well as Hainanese Salmon for your main course.

If you haven’t tried the creative and colorful menu at Cebu, Restaurant Week should give you added motivation! You won’t find a menu like theirs - complete with Filipino recipes like Short Rib Pares, Squash Soup with Coconut Milk and Yum Yum Custard - anywhere else in the city!

Yardbird Southern Table & Bar {The Shops at North Bridge, 530 North Wabash Avenue, Chicago; 312.999.9760}

This recent addition to Chicago’s food world is already making waves for its beautiful interiors and fun menu of Southern favorites! Their lunch menu includes a Fried Green Tomato BLT, Chicken & Waffles, and Deep Fried Oreos for dessert. On the dinner menu is Lewellyn’s Fried Chicken and Truffle Steak Frites, both of which make for an excellent winter meal!

Prime & Provisions {222 North LaSalle Street, Chicago; 312.726.7777}

This steakhouse is always one of our must-visits for Restaurant Week thanks to lunch and dinner menus packed with fan favorites! For lunch, choose the French Onion Soup and the Prime Burger. For dinner, we recommend the Lump Blue Crab Cake, 7oz Petite-Cut Filet Mignon and Banana Cream Pie for dessert. You’ll leave oh so satisfied and ready for more!

sushiDOKKU {823 West Randolph Street, Chicago; 312.455.8238}

One of the best sushi menus available for Restaurant Week includes Hamachi, Kanpachi and Tuna Truffle Nigiri as well as Miso Salmon Maki. sushiDOKKU in the West Loop also has Kohitsuji Lamb Chops on their decadent menu, making every course a delicious one. This is a great choice for a supper club or special dinner for your favorite foodies.

Big Star Mariscos {551 North Ogden Avenue, Chicago; 312.521.5169}

Fans of Big Star’s Wicker Park and Wrigleyville patios are going to love this new addition to the Big Star family! Their third location has a more seafood-focused menu and their Restaurant Week offerings reflect that. Their lunch menu includes Ceviche Verde Mixto, Pescado Tostada and Tres Leches Cake while at dinner you can indulge in Tuna Tostada and Quesabirria Tacos. Sign us up!

Francois Frankie {222 West Randolph Street, Chicago; 312.600.9659}

Take a trip to Paris for a delightful date night at Francois Frankie! Both their lunch and dinner menus have classic dishes including French Onion Soup, Steak Frites and Scottish Salmon, as well as Banana Eclairs for dessert. Post up at their beautiful carousel bar for a sexy night in the world’s best food city.

Solita Tacos & Margaritas {431 North Wells Street, Chicago; 773.312.4989}

You can now get a taste of the Baja-Mexican fare that is loved by Southern California. One of the city’s newest Mexican restaurants, Solita Tacos & Margaritas will be offering a four-course $42 dinner menu that includes the double tortilla wrapped, award-winning taco, Vampiro Taco and their housemade salsa and guacamole. Great deal for delicious food!

NoMI {Seventh Floor, Park Hyatt Chicago, 800 Michigan Avenue, Chicago; 312.239.4030}

You can’t go wrong with any of the Restaurant Week menus at NoMI in the Park Hyatt! Their brunch menu includes mains like Tender Filet or Fried Chicken Sandwich with pickled red onion and chili lime aioli while at lunch, you can enjoy Blue Crab Artichoke Fritters and Amish Chicken. For dinner, feast on Wagyu NY Strip or Duck with baby parsnip, cassoulet, savoy cabbage and l’orange blueberry glaze while you enjoy their floor-to-ceiling views of the city!
