Spring Mocktail from Le Bar: In The Orchard

Head over to Le Bar at The Sofitel and sample one of their latest mocktail creations or try your hand at making one at home.

In the Orchard 

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Seedlip Grove

  • .5 oz fresh lemon

  • 1 oz Lemongrass Apple Cider Shrub

  • .75 oz Aquafaba

Method:

Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and pour into a Coupe glass. Garnish with lemongrass shaft.
