Jet’s Pizza

Take Advantage of 21 Cent Slices at Jet’s Pizza {June 16}

Jet’s Pizza recently opened their 21st Chicago location in Hyde Park, and to celebrate, they’re offering 21-cent slices of pizza on Thursday, June 16 from 11AM-4PM. You get one free topping too! This Detroit-style pizza is a favorite of our team and make SURE to order a side (or three) of their amazing ranch dipping sauce. (Limit two slices per customer 🍕🍕)

Feast on Ibérico Week at Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba! {June 16-22}

Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba! is always a fun time, and this month they’re celebrating the world's finest ham with a special tasting menu featuring IbĂ©rico JamĂłn de Bellota and IbĂ©rico Butcher Cuts from the South of Spain. If you want to eat like you’re on a European vacation, but haven’t pulled the plug on that plane ticket yet, this is a delicious way to eat like you’re abroad.

Go See SIX The Musical

Theater is back in the Windy City and this is a MUST see play! Just around 90 minutes of girl power pop rock anthems, all set around the stories of the six wives of King Henry VIII of England 👑 Sounds crazy, right? Crazy GOOD! Bring the family, your besties or any music-loving group for an evening of joy, excitement, and musical magic.

The Peninsula Chicago

Take a Staycation at The Peninsula Chicago

The best time to visit Chicago is during the summer, so why not play tourist for a day yourself?! Love your hometown in a whole new way - and treat yourself to a decadent stay at The Peninsula at the same time. It’s perfectly located to visit museums, go shopping and then come back “home” for drinks and a great meal at the hotel. Z Bar is one of our favorite spots in the city for cocktails and their restaurant, Shanghai Terrace, is excellent for date nights. You might never want to go home!

Watch the Navy Pier Fireworks {Wednesdays and Saturdays}

This one is a no brainer for summer-lovers across the city and suburbs. Navy Pier can be a little overwhelming to visit during peak tourist season, so we recommend posting up along the lakefront or one of your favorite restaurants with lake views to enjoy the spectacle of summer fireworks. They run weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays until Labor Day. Plenty of time to sit back, relax and enjoy 🌆
