Two beef icons, one big feast! Hawksmoor Chicago is teaming up with legendary Chicago butcher Rob Levitt of Publican Quality Meats to introduce the city's first-ever Beefsteak Club—a time-honored London tradition dedicated to all things meaty, indulgent, and delicious. Guests are invited to arrive hungry and prepare for a massive feast. Think: dry-aged rib chops over live coals, sausage-stuffed onions, hay-smoked bacon chops, oysters + Guinness rarebits, and so much more. In true Hawksmoor style, the bar’s best booze will be available all night long with optional pairings that can be added on for a cost.
