On Tuesday, May 6th, Michelin-starred Galit will present a special evening in partnership with Pasaeli Wines, featuring an intimate conversation with Seyit Karagözoğlu—the visionary founder of Pasaeli and a trailblazer in Turkish winemaking.

Guests who purchase tickets will enjoy a four-course communal dinner from Chef Zach Engel, thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of Pasaeli wines chosen specifically for the evening. The experience begins with a welcome cocktail on arrival, setting the stage for a night of bold flavors and meaningful conversation.
