This September, Sushi-san in Lincoln Park will transform its lower level “Dojo” space into a speakeasy-style listening bar for Tokyo Last Call: Season II, a one-of-a-kind pop-up series. Each weekend throughout September will spotlight a guest bartender from one of Japan’s and the U.S.’s  most acclaimed Japanese cocktail bars, including Asia’s 50 Best Bars Bar Trench, Bar Nayuta and Tokyo Confidential, all serving drinks in their signature style while a retro jukebox spins thoughtfully created playlists to set the vibe.

Curated by Kevin Beary and Scott Kitsmiller (Three Dots and a Dash, The Bamboo Room, Gus’ Sip & Dip and the Chicago Cocktail Classic), and presented by House of Suntory, Tokyo Last Call: Season II will once again transport guests to Japan’s vibrant cocktail scene without leaving Chicago. Reservations are now available on OpenTable here.
