On May 19, Petterino’s is hosting its inaugural Chefs Supporting Chefs Dinner, a one-night-only collaboration between Chef Chloe Gould (DixiePura) and Petterino’s Executive Chef John Borras.
The menu will showcase a bold mix of Spanish, Southern, and Southeast Asian influences, reflecting both chefs' distinct styles. It’s a rare chance to experience this kind of cross-cultural collaboration in the Loop, and the first of a new dinner series celebrating Chicago’s diverse culinary voices!
The dinner will take place on May 19 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Reservations are available via OpenTable here.
