Chicago’s former-barista-turned-internet-sensation Stefania Marziela is bringing her woman-owned coffee brand, Sips, to the Magnificent Mile for a one-day-only mixology class + pop-up happening at luxury boutique hotel Pendry Chicago! High above the city on the 24th floor of the historic Carbide & Carbon Building, Chateau Carbide, the hotel’s French Riviera-themed rooftop lounge will host Stefania and the Sips team for a collaborative espresso martini cocktail class taught by a Pendry mixologist. Guests will be able to learn how to make three different mini espressos martinis using Sips’ signature clean-ingredient syrups, including Madagascar Vanilla Bean, Tiramisu and the newest seasonal flavor, Lavender. A chef-selected snack pairing is included, with additional drinks & bites available a la carte.
