Since taking over the former Temporis space in West Town, Atsumeru has been making waves with its unique Nordic-Japanese culinary identity. Now, Chef Devin Denzer is partnering with one of the city’s most sought-after "underground" dining experiences: Chef Donald Young's Duck Sel.
This collaboration brings together two chefs who share a deep pedigree in Michelin-starred kitchens and a passion for redefining the traditional tasting menu. While Atsumeru explores the intersection of Nordic and Japanese cuisine, Duck Sel is known for its whimsical, high-technique approach to modern ingredients. Together, they are crafting a one-night-only menu that bridges these three distinct worlds. Tickets are $195 per person (excluding tax + gratuity) and can be purchased on OpenTable here.
